Informed patrons know that pet services differ from shop to shop. Our staff is specially trained to supplement the “usual” bath and trim routines with additional procedures for the ongoing health of household pets, including:

• Observation and written report of general health and those conditions which should be referred to a veterinarian
• Ears checked for foreign materials, cleaned and pre-trim deodorized
• Humane bath for protection of eyes, ears, and sensitive body parts
• Fluff-dry and aesthetic trim

SPECIAL CARE APPOINTMENTS
We recommend a special care appointment for aged, ill, or disabled pets. Your pet will receive the extra attention it needs on the last non-holiday Monday of each month. Call in advance for dates and appointment.

LIMITED INCOME APPOINTMENTS
Patrons with very limited incomes may request a courtesy discount from the owner or manager.
